The Grand Court mixed-use project will be a 11-story building Located between Grand Concourse Blvd and the railroad, in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the Bronx borough, NY, the project will include 428-unit market-rate apartments occupying the top 10 floors, offering panoramic views in all directions.  The top housing floor will include 39 luxury apartments, offering the best views and amenities.  The main goal is to create a livable community and continue to gentrify the neighborhood into a vibrant, live-work environment.

The first floor will contain the residence lobby along with 46,500 sf of street level retail.  Resident amenities on same floor will include business center, fitness center, game room and lounge.   The roof-top will house a resident community room with kitchenette, game area, outdoor BBQ and rooftop garden.  The project will also include 1 levels of below grade parking.

We have performed local market research and analyzed local sales data to include the most accurate information possible for cost and sales projections within this analysis. These projections are preliminary and are subject to revision based on market conditions at the time of project design and development.
